Information we collect
We may collect your name or nickname, email address, order details, one personal question, coffee cup photographs, appointment information, and messages you choose to share. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Kokoloji.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, arrange live sessions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Photos, messages, and recordings
Cup photos and personal messages are accessible only to people who need them to deliver or support your reading. Live sessions are not recorded by default. If a recording is offered, we will ask for clear permission first.
Retention and deletion
Our intended practice is to delete cup photographs and reading materials within 30 days after delivery unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law. You may request earlier deletion after your order is complete.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for payments, scheduling, email, secure storage, and site hosting. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your order. Marketing messages, if introduced, will include a way to unsubscribe.
